摘要
毛细管整体柱是在毛细管内原位聚合形成的连续固定床。在整体柱的制备中,致孔剂的选择是非常重要的一个环节。一般来说体系所选择的致孔剂应该能够溶解单体、交联剂和引发剂,使聚合物反应液成为一个均一的体系,且在反应后易被除去使固定相形成均匀孔状结构。本文对近年来制备毛细管整体柱常用的致孔剂体系做一简要综述。
Capillary monolithic column is a continuous fixed bed formed by in situ polymerization in a capillary column.The choice of the porogen is very important in the preparation of the monolithic column.In general,it should be able to dissolve the monomer,crosslinking agent and initiator,and make the polymer reaction solution into a homogeneous system,and is easily removed after the reaction in order to make the stationary phase forms a uniform porous structure.The commonly used porogen in the preparation of monolithic columns in recent years was reviewed.
