摘要
在单因素试验基础上,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,以水料比、提取时间和提取温度为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响。结果表明赤芝多糖浸提的最佳条件为:水料比为50∶1,提取时间为2.5 h,提取温度为75℃,在此条件下多糖提取率达到0.199%,与预测的理论值0.204%相差不大,说明采用响应面分析法优化工艺所得到的提取条件参数可靠,此法具有一定的应用价值。
Based on single factor tests,the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from ganoderma lucidum were obtained through Box-Benhnken central combination design with three factors and three levels response surface methodology(RSM).Taking the ratio of water to material,extraction time and extraction temperature as independent variables,and the extraction rate of polysaccharide as the response value,the effects of their respective variables and their interaction on the extraction rate of polysaccharides were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide were the ratio of water to material of 50 ∶1,the extracting time of 2.5 h,extraction temperature of 75 ℃,under the condition,the yield of polysaccharide was up to 0.199%,which was very closely to 0.204% of prediction.The method of response surface analysis was used to optimize the extraction condition parameters,which had a certain application value.
