15 Rare Earth Elements in Rock Phosphate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定磷矿石中15种稀土元素的分析方法,样品前处理采用硝酸分解磷矿石,以115In作为内标元素消除基体干扰和信号漂移,15种稀土元素的方法检出限为0.0007~0.0085μg/L,精密度试验中各个元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%~3.5%,在低、中、高三个添加浓度水平下,加标回收率在88.5%~108.2%之间,RSD在0.8%~3.5%之间,满足实验分析要求。 The method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was established for determination of 15 rare earth elements in phosphate rock.Sample preparation were treated by nitric acid decomposing phosphate rock,using115 In as internal standard elements to eliminate matrix interference and signal drift method.Method detection limit of 15 rare earth elements was 0.0007 ~ 0.0085 μg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD) for each element of precision test was 0.3% to 3.5%,in the low,middle and high concentration levels,the recovery rate was from88.5% to 108.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.8% ~ 3.5%,met the requirements of analysis.
