广州饮食业油烟污染状况调查分析和防治对策

Investigation,Analysis and Prevention Measures on Cooking Fume Pollution in Guangzhou

由于广州市饮食业数量众多,类别复杂,因此本次调查以历史监测数据、信息的调查收集为主,采取统计分析的研究方法,分析广州市饮食业油烟污染状况,结果表明饮食业数量较大,且部分地区还存在无证经营、处理设施闲置甚至不安装处理设施等情况,油烟排放仍然是不可忽视的污染源。最后探讨了油烟污染问题难以有效解决的原因,并提出了改善油烟污染的防治对策及建议。

Due to numerous,complex category of cooking industry in Guangzhou City,the survey was based on collected historical monitoring data and information,taking research methods of statistical analysis for the cooking fume pollution status.The results indicated that the cooking industry was large,and partial area still existed unlicensed operates,treatment facilities lain idle,even not installed treatment facilities.Cooking fume emission was still a nonnegligible pollution source.Finally the reasons why the cooking fume pollution was difficult to be solved effectively were discussed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to prevent or improve the cooking fume pollution.
