基于创新能力的研究生培养模式探析

Study on Training Mode of Postgraduates Based on Innovation Capability

创新能力的培养是研究生教育的灵魂。现阶段我国的研究生培养过程中存在着一些突出问题,如师生比失衡、科研资源不足和创新能力弱等。因此,研究生培养模式的改革逐渐成为研究生教育改革的关注焦点。基于创新能力的内在要求,简要论述了我国当前研究生培养模式与创新能力的现状,着重从创新教育观、教学改革、导师队伍建设、健全激励评价机制和产学研相结合等五方面构建创新型研究生培养模式。

The cultivation of innovation ability is the soul of postgraduate education.There are some serious problems of postgraduates＇ training in the present stage in our country such as unbalanced student-faculty ratios,insufficient resources of scientific research,innovation ability,etc.Therefore,the reform of postgraduate＇ training mode gradually becomes the focus of the reform of graduate education.Based on the inherent requirement of innovation ability,the current postgraduate＇ training mode and the present situation of the innovation ability were briefly discussed,and emphatically from the five aspects,such as the innovation education,teaching reform,construction of postgraduate tutors,improvement of the incentive evaluation mechanism and the combination of production,teaching and research,to build the innovative postgraduate＇ training mode.
