摘要
目的建立测定注射用头孢地嗪钠中有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法通过比较两种HPLC方法测定注射用头孢地嗪钠中有关物质的方法,建立最优的有关物质测定方法。结果该方法专属性好、灵敏度高、准确度高、耐用性好结论:该HPLC法测定头孢地嗪钠的有关物质,可有效的控制产品的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of related substances of cefodizime sodium for injection by HPLC method. Methods To compare two methods for the detection of related substances of cefodizime sodium for injection and establish a best method. Results The ultimate method was good for specificity ,sensitivity, accuracy and durability. Conclusion The method is accurate ,sensible and reproducible and is suitable for the quality control.
