摘要
选取水煤浆和粉煤气流床气化工业装置生成的典型细灰,定量考察湿含量变化对其粘附特性的影响规律。结果表明,内聚力可有效表征细灰粘附能力;对于较小粒度细灰,在约40%湿含量时内聚力出现极大值,而对于较大粒度细灰,受粒度分布、颗粒孔隙及形状等影响,在试验范围内内聚力随湿含量增加而始终上升。研究结果对于认识和控制煤气化生成细灰的团聚、粘附具有良好参考价值。
Coal gasification to produce syngas is the key technology of clean coal utilization. During industrial plant operation, the issue of fine ash adhered to syngas pipeline and related equipment has become a hidden danger affecting the long-period and stable operation of the coal gasification unit. In this paper, typical fine ash taken from entrained-flow gasification of coal water slurry and pulverized coal industrial plants was used as materials to investigate the effect of moisture content on its adhesive properties. The results show that the cohesive force can effectively enhance the adhesion ability of fine ash. For smaller sized ash, the maximum cohesive force is found at about 40% moisture content; for larger sized ash, the cohesive force increases with the moisture content in the experimental range under the influence of particle size distribution,pore size and particle shape etc. The research work provides a good reference for understanding and control of fine ash agglomeration and cohesiveness in the coal gasification unit.
