摘要
介绍渭化集团3期400 kt/a甲醇装置低温甲醇洗单元甲醇消耗较高的问题,从净化气、CO2尾气、酸性气、外排废水、系统开停车、过滤器等方面分析原因,提出相应控制措施及注意事项,最终将甲醇消耗率控制在设计值以下。
The problem of high consumption of methanol in a low temperature methanol washing unit in a methanol production plant was reviewed. Reasons were analyzed from aspects of purified gas, CO2 tail gas,sour gas, waste water discharge, system start-up and shut-down, and filtration. The corresponding control measures and precaution notes were presented, and finally methanol consumption was controlled under design value.
