摘要
分析空分装置氮气压缩机组汽轮机排汽侧轴承轴颈部位振动异常波动的各种因素,转子在运行中存在一定的动不平衡是引起该轴承轴颈部位振动异常波动的主要原因。针对问题提出相应的解决措施,实施后取得了良好效果。
Factors that caused abnormal vibration of nitrogen compressor steam turbine exhaust side bearing in air separation unit were studied. It＇s found that the vibration was caused by dynamic unbalance of the rotator. Measures were presented and ideal results were achieved after implementation.
