摘要
介绍了成功将150m钢筋混凝土烟囱进行爆破拆除的案例。针对待爆破烟囱周围环境特点制定了爆破设计方案,采用了加大爆破切口高度,全部瞬发起爆及簇联复式网路以及安全防护措施。烟囱倒塌长度165.3m,倒塌方向前冲距离约为烟囱高度的10%,在爆破以及烟囱下坐、倒塌触地过程中振动速度最大值为0.10cm/s,需保护建(构)筑物和设施完好无损。取得了定向准确、倾倒落地安全、爆破振动控制好的经验,可为类似爆破工程提供参考。
The blasting of 150 mreinforced concrete chimmey successfully was introduced.The blasting design was made according to the environmental characteristics of the chimney.The height of blasting cut was increased,and all instantaneous detonation and cluster compound network and safety protection measures were used.The collapse length of the chimney was165.3m,the collapsed distance along the collapse direction was 1/10 of the chimney height.Under the blasting,the peak velocity of the collapsed vibration was 0.10cm/s,and the protection of the building/structures and facilities were in good condition.This blasting made orientation accurately,the experience of dumping ground safety and the controlling of good blasting vibration had been obtained,which could provide a reference for similar blasting engineerings.
