摘要 介绍了复杂环境下数码电子雷管在城市大型立交桥爆破拆除中的应用。该桥为三层互通式,桥梁路线长,桥下淤泥层深厚。采用深孔为主、浅孔为辅的爆破技术,数码电子雷管网路为主、非电网路为辅的复式起爆网路。数码电子雷管网路既能减少多层立交桥桥体在爆破拆除塌落中的相互干扰又能利用其高精度毫秒延时特点达到减振目的。采用孔外延时起爆技术,铺设缓冲层和挖减振沟等多种减振措施,降低在淤泥地质上的触地振动。同时采用爆破水雾降尘等技术缓解了爆破拆除的粉尘危害,达到了良好的拆除爆破效果,可为同类工程提供参考。 Digital electronic-delay detonator applied in blasting demolition of big-scale urban interchange bridge under complex environment was introduced.The three-layers interchange bridge has a long route.A large amount of silt was under the bridge.Blasting technology of deep-hole blasting oriented and shallow-hole blasting supplemented was used.Multiple initiation network technology of digital electronic-delay detonator network mainly taken and non-electric network as auxiliary was applied.Interference with interchange bridge bodys in the blasting demolition could be reduced by applying digital electronic-delay detonator network.And vibration could also be reduced by using the high precision millisecond delay characteristics.Vibration reduction measures such as external delay initiation technique,laying buffer layer and digging damping ditch were taken to reduce touchdown vibration on the silt geology.The technology of blasting water mist dust-reduction was adopted to relieve the dust hazard of blasting demolition.The good effect of demolition blasting was achieved.It could provide a reference for similar projects.
