摘要 防城港核电项目的核岛负挖爆破工程周围环境复杂,底标高周边结构复杂,建基面和边坡的控制要求高。为确保核岛建基面的平整度和成型边坡的完整性、安全性和美观性,同时控制爆破振动、爆破飞石等有害效应,采用预裂爆破和台阶爆破技术,采取毫秒延时和预留保护层等措施成功实施了华龙一号核岛负挖控制爆破,达到了预期的效果,爆破有害效应得到了有效控制。 Surroundings of nuclear island negative excavation blasting of Fangchenggang nuclear power project is of great complexity,including complicated structures around bottom elevation and high-control requirement of foundation plane and slopes.In order to ensure that the roughness of foundation plane and integrity,security and aesthetics of slopes,adverse effect of blasting vibration and fly rocks were controlled and pre-splitting blasting and bench blasting were applied.Measures of millisecond delay and reserved protective layers were also taken,so controlled blasting of nuclear island was conducted successfully.The expected effects with rough foundation and integrated,safe and aesthetic slopes were achieved,and adverse effect was effectively controlled as well.
