降低制磷电炉导气管温、压测量值相对偏差的探究

摘要 电炉制磷生产中出炉的磷炉气在导气管内的温度和压力的测量值与真实值间偏差大、信号滞后问题突出。经系统分析后,对温压测量方式进行了适当改进,温压测量值相对误差较小,测量信号的滞后性得到大幅度缓解,同时达到制磷电炉系统节能降耗的效果。 In the electric furnace for phosphorus production,there is big deviation between the measured values and the actual values for the temperature and pressure in the gas tubes for furnace gas leaving the furnace,and there is also serious signal lagging issue. After systematic analysis,proper improvements were made for the ways of measuring the temperature and pressure,the relative error of the temperature and pressure measurement values is small,and the lagging of measurement signal is greatly mitigated,it also helps to save energy for the electric phosphorus furnace system.
