基于滋补功效古方数据挖掘养发育发组配的研究

Drugs for Promoting and Nourishing Hair Growth Based on Ancient Nourishing Formulae Data Mining

目的:挖掘在滋补肝肾、补益气血方剂中并具有养发育发功效的单味药及药物组配,便于临床指导用药和配伍。方法:基于中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所建中国方剂数据库,检索具有滋补肝肾、补益气血和养发育发功效方剂共计370首。利用Excel 2010对方剂药物进行数据整理、频次统计、药对数据挖掘。结果:养发育发方剂单味药统计频次前10名,分别是生地黄、茯苓、熟地黄、何首乌、当归、牛膝、枸杞、人参、菟丝子、补骨脂。养发育发药物组前10名药对,分别为茯苓-生地黄、人参-茯苓、熟地黄-茯苓、熟地黄-生地黄、枸杞-茯苓、熟地黄-当归、牛膝-茯苓、当归-茯苓、当归-生地黄、菟丝子-牛膝。结论:具有滋补肝肾、补益气血功效治疗头发疾病方面的方剂,多以补阴药、补血药、补气药、补阳药之间配伍较多,兼以健脾祛湿和活血药物配伍。

Objective： To make the data mining of the single herbs and high- frequency drugs which has the effect of promoting hair growth and nourishing liver and kidney as well as replenishing qi and blood in ancient formulae for guiding the compatibility conveniently. Methods： Based on the Chinese TCM prescription database,built by Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,we retrieved a total of 370 prescriptions which have the effect of promoting hair growth and maintaining. Excel 2010,including Data Specification,Frequency Statistics and Drug Group of Data Mining,was used to analyze drugs. Results： The top 10 single herbs which had the effect of promoting hair growth,respectively were Shengdihuang（ raw rehmannia）,Fuling（ poria）,Shudihuang（ concocted rehmannia）,Heshouwu（ fleece- flower root）,Danggui（ angelica）,Niuxi（ achyranthes）,Gouqi（ medlar）,Renshen（ ginseng）,Tusizi（ cuscuta） and Buguzhi（ psoralen）. The top 10 drugs group,respectively were Fuling（ poria）- Shengdihuang（ raw rehmannia）,Renshen（ ginseng）- Fuling（ poria）,Shudihuang（ concocted rehmannia）- Shengdihuang（ raw rehmannia）,Gouqi（ medlar）- Fuling（ poria）,Shudihuang（ concocted rehmannia）- Danggui（ angelica）,Niuxi（ achyranthes）- Fuling（ poria）,Danggui（ angelica）- Fuling（ poria）,Danggui（ angelica）- Shengdihuang（ raw rehmannia）,Tusizi（ dodder） – Niuxi（ achyranthes）. Conclusion： The TCM prescriptions which have the effect of promoting hair growth and nourishing liver and kidney and replenishing qi and blood are more consist of drugs for nourishing Yin,blood,qi and Yang and combined with drugs for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness and activating blood circulation.
