摘要 目的:初步探讨丹参,当归及不同配比提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法:采用分光光度法分别测定丹参、当归及不同比例配比物的还原性,以及对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基的清除作用。结果:分别得到不同浓度丹参、当归及配比提取物的总还原性和对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子、羟自由基抑制率。结论:丹参、当归配比后体外抗氧化能力优于单味药材,最佳配比为1:3。 Objective: To discuss the anti- oxidation effects in vitro of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix and different compatibility proportion extracts of the two. Methods: The UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the anti- oxidation effects of the extracts of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae sinensis Radix and different compatibility proportion extracts of the two. The anti- oxidation effects in vitro were valuated by different assays such as reducing power,DPPH radical scavenging assay,superoxide radical scavenging assay and hydroxyl radicals assay. Results: We obtained the ability of reducing power,the inhibition of DPPH radical,superoxide radical and hydroxyl radicals respectively. Conclusion: Anti- oxidation effects were enhanced after the compatibility. The optimal compatibility proportion of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Angelicae sinensis Radix for the anti- oxidation effects in vitro is 1: 3.
