栀子潜在功用的考察与分析

Investigation and Anylasis of Potential Functions of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis

通过考察栀子在本草文献、古代方剂及2010版《中华人民共和国药典》(《药典》)一部中所载内容,发现古代本草及方剂文献中提炼出来的功用与《药典》基本吻合。但综合古代文献提炼出来的止痛、宁心安神、泻下、疏散风热、止渴、止痉等功用《药典》不曾收录。结合现代药效学研究,初步确认这些功用均为栀子业已失传的潜在功用。

Through the investigation of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis in herbalism literature,ancient prescriptions and Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition,we find the functions from ancient herbalism and prescriptions is in conformity with those from Chinese Pharmacopoeia. But the other functions of relieving pains,calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind,defecation,dissipating Wind- Heat,relieving thisty,spasmolysis are not included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. With modern study on pharmacodynamics,we conform these are the lost potential functions of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis.
