摘要
选奇汤出自李东垣《兰室秘藏》,其组成为炙甘草、羌活、防风、酒黄芩。原书中的适应症仅仅为"治眉骨痛不可忍",刘亚娴教授认为,用古方贵在一个"活"字,选奇汤组方精当,"疏"而兼"清",将本方用于外邪入络,郁热内伏的多种疾病,取得了较好的疗效。
Xuanqi Decoction comes from Blue Room Hoard,made up of Zhigancao（ honey- fried licorice root）,Qianghuo（ Notopterygium incisum）,Fangfeng（ Chinese parsnip root） and Jiuhuangqin（ Scutellaria baicalensis）. The introduction in Blue Room Hoard is only that it can treat the unbearable pain of brow ridge. Professor LIU makes flexible use,considering it can sooth and clear. The curative effect is better.
