摘要
食源性降血压肽比目前使用的合成降血压药物毒副作用小,且更易吸收。我国豆类品种丰富、产量高,豆源降血压肽是作为降血压药物的良好选择。介绍了豆源降血压肽的作用机制、制备及活性评价方法,并对常见豆源降血压肽进行综述及展望。
Antihypertensive peptides from food proteins had tend to less side effects and easier absorption than the chemical synthetic drugs on treating hypertension presently. Hence antihypertensive peptides from legumes were proposed as a better prescription for reducing blood pressure in consideration of their high yield and rich variety of species in China. The article included the mechanisms,preparation and activity evaluation method of antihypertensive peptides. And the research progresses of antihypertensive peptides from certain common legumes were also reviewed.
