摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化超声辅助异丙醇提取米糠油的工艺条件,得到超声条件下异丙醇浸提米糠油的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶25(g/m L)、超声功率150 W、超声时间14 min,米糠油提取率为87.33%。 Based on the single factor experiments,the ultrasound–assisted isopropyl alchol extraction conditions of bran oil were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal ultrasound–assisted extraction conditions of bran oil were as follows:ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶25(g/m L),extraction time of 14 min,and ultrasonic power of 150 W. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of bran oil was 87.33%.
