摘要
基于工艺过程的制造成本评估方法,建立热冲压成形、液压成形、激光焊管、辊压成形、高强钢冷冲压、激光拼焊和变厚板等多种先进成形工艺的制造成本模型系统。基于该制造成本模型系统,评估了汽车B柱和副车架U型梁等零件多种成形解决方案的制造成本,并对多种成形解决方案使用性能和轻量化效果进行综合对比与分析。进行先进成形技术路线探讨,针对用户不同需求推荐合适的技术路线,支持宝钢汽车板EVI(Early Vendor Involvement)整体解决方案的提供。
Based on the manufacturing cost evaluation method of the manufacturing processes, the manufacturing cost model system is designed for multiple forming solutions, including hot forming, hydroforming, laser welded tube, roll forming, stamping for high strength steel, laser welded blank and variable thickness blank, etc. The manufacturing costs for multiple forming solutions of B pillar and U beam are evaluated on the basis of the manufacturing cost model system. The differences in the functional performance and lightweight effect between multiple forming solutions are compared and analyzed. The technical routes for the ad- vanced forming are discussed. Based on the study, the appropriate technical route can be recommended according to the customer's demands. The overall solution for supporting the Early Vendor Involvement (EVI) of Baosteel automobile steel sheets can be provided.
