摘要
本文测试了不同石粉含量对C30机制砂混凝土拌合物性能、抗压强度和抗碳化性能的影响。试验结果表明:机制砂混凝土的粘聚性和保水性随着石粉含量的增加逐渐增大,而离析、泌水逐步得到改善;在石粉含量(0%~20%)范围内,抗压强度随着石粉含量增加先上升后降低,其中石粉含量为8%~16%时对混凝土强度和抗碳化性能贡献最为明显。
It was investigated that the effects of various contents of crusher dust on workability and strength and the resistance of carbonize of C30 concrete with manufactured sand. The results indicates that the cohesiveness and water retention of manufactured sand with increasing contents of crusher dust increased,but the performance of segregation and bleeding gradually improved. With powder content increased compressive strength( 0% to 20%) at first rising than reducing,wherein the powder content of 8% to 16% contributes on the strength and the resistance of carbonize of concrete the most obviously.
