Currently,our country has proposed to deepen the executive method reform of the engineering organizations,and to promote the transition and development of construction industry. In this essay,the author states the controlling methods and key points of investment in each stage under the EPC mode in detail,which can allay the scruples of some proprietors to the investment controlling under EPC mode,and can provide practical experience for the active promotion of EPC and the investment controlling in each stage under EPC mode in future.
