摘要
网络信息化时代的来临,为人们的工作学习生活等各个方面都带来了巨大便利。网络技术的发达不仅为我们提供了日常的信息检索与沟通交流渠道,越来越多的企业也开始利用互联网的力量进行着更大范围内的人才筛选与招募。网络在为企业提供更为便捷高效的招聘手段的同时,也存在着诸多风险,这些风险的存在不仅极大影响了企业的招聘质量,同时也给求职者带来许多困扰。本文重点谈谈网络时代企业如何有效利用信息化手段做好招聘工作,以及如何有效降低各类风险,实现网络招聘环境的进一步规范化。
The advent of the era of network information has brought great convenience for people's work,study and life and other aspects.The development of network technology not only provides us with the daily information retrieval and communication channels,more and more companies have begun to use the power of the Internet to carry out a wider range of talent screening and recruitment. By providing a more convenient and efficient means of recruitment at the same time,there are also many risks,which not only has a great impact on the quality of invite applications for a job of the enterprise,but also to the job who bring a lot of trouble. This paper focuses on how to effectively use information technology to do recruitment work,and how to effectively reduce all kinds of risks,to achieve the network recruitment environment to further standard.
