微波辅助提取白苏多糖工艺研究

摘要 采用微波辅助提取白苏枝叶中的多糖,采用苯酚硫酸显色原理测定多糖含量。通过单因素和L9(3。)正交试验考察料液比、温度、pH和提取时间对多糖提取的影响,确定野白苏枝叶中多糖最佳提取条件。结果表明:白苏多糖的最佳提取条件为料液比1:20、pH为9、温度为60%2、微波处理15min,白苏枝叶多糖的提取率为40.10mg/g。 In order to determine the optimum conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from wild perilla leaves by microwave disruption extraction.Determined using the phenol-sulfuric acid polysaccharide principle.The results showed that:when the polysaccharide content in 0.02-0.12mg/mL showed a good linear relationship. A L9(34) orthogonal array design was employed to investigate the effects of the operating parameters material-to-solvent ratio,temperature,PH,and extaction time on the impact of polysaccharide extraction,The results showed that:The optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharides from wild perilla leaves were material-to-solvent ratiol:20,PH 9,thetemperature is 60 ℃ ,and extraction time 15rain. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of wild perilla leaves polysaccharides was 40.10mg/g.
