The value of second transurethral resection of bladder tumor should not be overlooked

膀胱肿瘤是我国泌尿系统发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)是治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准方法,但术后肿瘤极易复发与进展,给临床诊疗工作带来很大挑战。近年来,随着循证医学和精准医学的发展,对部分非肌层浸润膀胱尿路上皮癌患者进行二次电切逐渐得到了学者们的重视和应用。本文结合最新研究进展,就二次电切在膀胱肿瘤诊断和治疗中的价值做一讨论。

Bladder cancer is one of the leading cancers of the urinary system in Chinese population.Transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT）is the standard treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.However,the high recurrence and progression rate challenge the clinical strategies.During the past decades,with the development of evidence-based medicine and precision medicine,the application of second TURBT has been widely accepted and applied.In this article,we will discuss the value of second TURBT in the diagnosis and treatment of bladder tumor.
