摘要
为研究预制-现浇拼合楼板与现浇式楼板在静力荷载作用下的受力性能及破坏机理,对6个足尺的钢筋混凝土楼板进行了拟静力加载试验,并对楼板的裂缝发展情况、跨中挠度、钢筋和混凝土应变以及受力性能进行研究。结果表明:预制-现浇拼合楼板具有良好的受力性能,破坏形式为两端拼缝处的剪切破坏;预制-现浇拼合楼板两端拼缝的存在,使得楼板跨中裂缝宽度和跨中挠度减小;与现浇混凝土楼板相比,跨中混凝土开裂荷载相差不大,说明现浇板与拼合板抗裂性能相当;同时预制-现浇拼合楼板在结构设计时应适当增大拼缝处局部构造配筋。
In order to study the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of the precast-cast split floor slab and the cast-in-place floor slab under static loads,the quasi static loading tests are conducted on 6 full-scale reinforced concrete floor slabs. The crack development of the floor slab,the deflection in span,the strain and mechanical behavior of steel and concrete are analyzed. The results show that precast-cast slip floor slab has good mechanical behavior and the failure form is shear failure in split seam on both ends. The split seam makes both the crack width and the deflection in span decrease. There is no significant difference on cracking load of concrete in span compared with the cast-in-place type concrete floor,which indicates that the crack resistance of the cast-in-place floor and the precast-cast split floor slab is equivalent. In addition,the local structural reinforcement should be increased in the structure design of precast-cast split floor slab.
