摘要
为进一步探究纤维橡胶混凝土基本力学及耐久性能,基于试验研究了不同橡胶掺量、不同橡胶粒径对纤维橡胶混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗冻性能及抗渗性能影响。试验结果表明,橡胶掺量与混凝土抗压强度及抗拉强度存在反比关系,随着橡胶掺量的增加,纤维橡胶混凝土抗压及抗拉强度均不断降低;橡胶体积掺量控制为5%时,纤维橡胶混凝土抗冻及抗渗性能最佳。不同粒径橡胶对混凝土强度及耐久性能影响显著,掺加2mm粒径橡胶颗粒的混凝土抗压及抗拉强度降幅最小,掺加80目粒径橡胶粉的混凝土抗冻及抗渗性能最佳。
In order to further explore the basic mechanics and durability of fiber reinforced concrete,the influence of different content and different particle size of rubber on compressive strength,tensile strength,frost resistance and permeability resistance of fiber reinforced concrete are studied. The test results show that the rubber content is in inverse proportion to the compressive strength and tensile strength of fiber rubber concrete. The compressive strength and tensile strength of the fiber reinforced concrete are decreased with the increase of the content of the rubber. When the volume content of rubber is 5%,the frost resistance and impermeability of the fiber reinforced concrete are the best. The influence of different grain size on the strength and durability of concrete is obvious. The loss of compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete with 2mm particles rubber is the smallest,and the frost resistance and permeability resistance of concrete mixed with 80 mesh particles rubber are the best.
