摘要
指出了利用生物法脱氮时,硝化作用进行的顺利与否是影响脱氮工艺效率的重要步骤。从硝化作用的机理出发,着重从氨氮自养菌、NH_3-N浓度、有机物浓度(主要是BOD)等方面分析和讨论了其对硝化作用的影响。同时介绍了共代谢作用的机理,探讨了其对脱氮作用的影响。为提高脱氮工艺能力、稳定运行和脱氮新工艺的研发提供理论基础和帮助。
When using biological method to remove nitrogen, the effect of nitrification is an important step in the process of nitrogen removal . This paper, based on the mechanism of denitrification , focused on ammonia nitrogen autotrophic bacteria, concentration of NH3--N and organic matter (BOD), analyzed and discussed the influence of nitrification. The mechanism of CO--metabolism was introduced, and its effect on the removal of nitrogen was also discussed. It provided theoretical basis and was helpful for the research and development of new technology, which improved the ability of nitrogen removal and its stable operation.
