摘要
指出了宁波市某污水处理厂二期工程是在原有一期工程基础上的提标和扩建,设计规模为10×10~4m^3/d,其中核心的二级处理采用改良A^2/O工艺,深度处理采用混凝-沉淀-过滤-消毒工艺,污泥处理采用新型的生物浸提技术。同时设计再生水回用为6×10~4 m^3/d,主要用于工业企业循环冷却水以及其他工业用水水源。试运行期间,运行良好,出水稳定,能够达到18918-2002一级A标准,压滤后泥饼含水率在60%以下。
The second--stage project of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) in Ningbowasanupgradingrecon- struction and extension construction projectbased on the first--stageproject. It wasdesigned with a capacity of 10 × 10^4 m^3/d,ofwhich core secondary treatmentusedimproved A2/O process.Coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, dis- infection process were used for depth treatment. Also biological deodorization was supplemented, and the new bi- oleaching technologywasused in the sludge treatment. It was designedthat 6×10^4 m^3/d of the treated wasterwater was reuse.d, mainly for industrialenterprises and other industrial cooling water circulating, while others straightly drained into the sea nearby.During official running period, its effectwas good, stable and reliable; the effluent quality met the first class A criteria (GB 18918--2002) and the water ratio of sludgewasbelow 60%.
