摘要
指出了由于交变电压和交变电流的作用,交流输变电工程在周围空间产生工频电场和工频磁场,从而对附近区域产生电磁环境影响,但不会产生电磁辐射。通过在成都市布置110kV和220kV变电站站界的电磁环境现状调查发现,变电站站界的工频电场强度和工频磁感应强度是完全满足世界卫生组织(WHO)和我国国家标准—公众曝露控制限值要求的。只要将工频电场、工频磁场控制在标准限值内就不会对公众健康产生影响。
Due to alternating voltage and alternating current, AC power transmission and transformation project pro- duce the power frequency electric field and magnetic field in the surroundings to bring electromagnetic impact on envi- ronment. However, it won't produce electromagnetic radiation. By investigating the present situation of electromag- netic environmentamong several indoor and outdoor decorating circles of 110 kV and 220 kV substation station, the survey found that power frequency electric field intensity and power frequency magnetic induction intensity at substa- tion station boundary fully met the world health organization (WHO) standard and national standard, public exposure control limit. As long as the power frequency electric field and power frequency magnetic field were con- trolled within the standard limit, there would be no influence on public health.
