我国行业警种发展的模型构想及其结构解析

The Model of the Development of the Industry Police in China and Its Structure Analysis

分析了我国的行业警种及其发展现状,构想了我国行业警种的发展模型,探讨了我国行业警种发展模型的结构,基于模型对我国行业警种的发展进行了思考。

This article put forward theidea of ＂One Body WithTwo Wings＇development modelinindustry police. Par- sing the internal structure, we could regard speeding up the development as the main body.as to the two wings,one wing is launching its own existence value and development significance, the otherone is thebig directionand small tar- get in the development of launching. Thisidea pointed out that to confirm target value and the correct directionare two major difficulties in practice. Only thosepolicewith giant existence value and the development significance, accurate launching direction and correct targetcould achieve the rapiddevelopment. Itproposed that ＂evolution＂ is the inevitable requirement of launching of the industry development in modern society, and also the inevitable choiceto launch and optimize industry （one of thenational police forces）. Abundance of theory is one o{ the sourcesto promote the accela- ration of ＂eliminated＂ system.
