Studyon the Governmental Governance Ability of Heilongjiang National Forestry Region

采用文献研究方法和实地调查法相结合,首先对政府治理理论进行了研究总结,其次对国有林区政府治理现状进行了简要分析,针对现状进而研究总结了其影响林区政府治理能力的影响因素,最后提出了完善政府协同治理与政务公开机制、加强人力资源建设与职工参与途径等具有针对性对策建议。

This thesis mainly adopted the method of literature research and field survey. Firstly,itconcluded the theory of governmental governance.Secondlyit explainedcurrent status and issues of governmental governance. Then it ex- plainedthe influencing factors of the governmental governance in national forestry region positioning in Heilongjiang Province. Finally it concluded the suggestions forimproving the mechanism of government cooperation governance and government affairs opening, strengthening the construction of human resources and the way of staff participation to promote the governmental governance in Heilongjiang National Forestry Region.
