摘要
根据大功率、隔爆等特点,提出了用强制风冷方式解决大功率隔爆型变频调速装置的散热问题,应用Icepak软件对散热系统进行了仿真计算,以求设计最优的散热系统结构,此设计成功应用于立达股份某项目。
According to the characters of the high power and flame-proof, we presented a forced-aircooled heat sink way to solve heat sink problems of the high power flame-proof frequency control device,In order to get the optimal structure design of the heat sink,we used Icepak to simulate and calculate of heat sink system. The design have been successfully applied in a project.
