摘要
针对矿山基于射流器的主排水系统存在射流器工作不稳定,从而导致主排水监控系统无法有效判断水泵启动条件,不能正常工作的问题,提出了一种真空度监测算法。详细分析了水泵启动过程中,真空管路内的压力变化情况,以及监测算法的原理和实现。实际应用表明本算法控制流程运行稳定,可靠,可以有效地适应射流器工作不稳定状态。
Proposed an effective algorithm to measuring vacuum,to solve a mine pump monitoring system dosn't working properly. Due to the unstable ejector in a mine main drainage system,the monitoring system can not determine the start conditions of the pump. Detailed analysis the pressure changes in the vacuum pipe within a pump start processes,and the principle and realizationthe of the algorithm. The practical application shows that the control flow of the algorithm running stable,reliable,and effective adaptation of the unstable state of the ejector.
