摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,主要考虑矿用自卸车油气悬架系统的非线性特征,通过液压综合试验台获得油气悬挂缸的动力特性参数,建立油气悬挂缸的非线性动力学模型;实测国内某露天矿区的路面,编制矿区路面谱;借助ADAMS仿真软件建立SGA3722矿用自卸车的整车虚拟样机模型。通过试验数据验证油气悬架模型的准确性,考虑悬架非线性特性的虚拟样机为矿用自卸车的油气悬架特性和整车平顺性研究提供理论依据。同时整车虚拟样机也降低矿用自卸车制造成本、缩短研发周期、提高产品质量。
Based on virtual prototype technology, mostly take the nonlinear property of mining truck hydro-pneumatic suspension system into account. The dynamics parameters of hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder were obtained by hydraulic test-bed and nonlinear dynamics model of hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder was built; one domestic strip mine road was measured and was written into road spectrum range; the full-vehicle virtual prototype of SGA3722 model mining truck was built based on ADAMS simulation software. The veracity of hydro-pneumatic suspension dynamics model was validated by experiment data, this virtual prototype model that taking nonlinear property of suspension provides academic foundation for the research of hydro-pneumatic suspension and full-vehicle riding quality of mining truck, it also reduces the manufacturing cost, shortens design circle,improves product quality.
