摘要
从减速器设计理念,液力偶合器安装方式、联轴器对中性的精度、点检系统的运行以及负载的加载方式等方面进行分析,得出减速器设计缺陷以及液力偶合器的不合理安装是造成减速器输入轴断裂的关键以及应对措施。
The obtained key factors and responses of reduction gear input shaft fracture are the design defects of reduction gear and the unreasonable installation of hydraulic coupler from reduction gear design,hydraulic coupler installation,the alignment of coupling,operation level of the equipment inspection system and load loading way being analyzed.
