摘要 为优化某隧道工程中盾构刀盘的掘进性能,在研究滚刀布置规律的基础上,校核了刀盘的力学性能,最后利用遗传算法对滚刀的布置进行了改进优化。研究结果表明:优化后刀盘的径向不平衡力降低了61.22%,倾覆力矩降低了87.49%,破岩量方差降低了9.8%,达到了较好的优化效果,为刀盘刀具的合理布置提供了理论依据,对提高刀盘的受力性能和刀具的使用寿命具有重要的科学意义与工程价值。 In order to optimize the cutterhead performance of shield in a tunnel project, the disc cutter mechnical properties was check based on study the layout principles. At last the disc cutter layout optimization configuration was done useing hereditary algorithm technology. The disc cutter configuration on the cutterhead optimization is realized. The results indicate the radial unbalance force of the cutterhead is reduced by 61.22%,the overturning moment is reduced by 87.49%,and the breaking rock volume variance is reduced by 9.8%. It is provide theory basis of the shield cutter tool's reasonable configuration. It has scientific significance and engineering value to improving the performance of the cutterhead and the service life of the disc cutter.
