摘要
配电网运维业务的全景管控能力建设对支撑配电网精益化管理意义重大。文章从分析配电网运维管控的定位与业务需求为出发点,提出配电网运维管控平台在运检业务管控督办、指标评价分析以及综合信息展现等方面的功能定位,在此基础上提出了包括2大层次、13类模块、38项子模块的配电网运维管控平台总体功能架构,探讨分析了配网运行监控与综合信息分析、配网运检专项业务管控等重点模块的功能,以及各子模块的业务管控内容和信息展现形式。最后结合不同地区配电网的运维管理差异化需求,在功能实现顺序、功能配置差异化等方面提出了参考原则。研究成果已应用于指导多个省市公司的配电网运维管控建设,同时可为配电大数据应用场景设计提供参考。
Construction of panoramic management for distribution network operation and maintenance is of great significant for supporting distribution network lean management. Firstly, functional orientation of distribution network operation and management platform(OMP-DN) is proposed for management control and supervision in power system operation and maintenance, index evaluation and analysis, and comprehensive information display based on position of distribution network operation and maintenance along with business demand. Then overall functional framework of this platform is proposed, including 2 levels, 13 types of modules and 38 sub-modules. Functions of key modules are analyzed and discussed, including distribution network operation monitoring, comprehensive information analysis and special business management inspection. Business control content and information display form of the sub-modules is also well discussed. Finally, reference principles are proposed combining with differentiated needs of different distribution network operation and maintenance management in different power supply branch in function realization sequence and function configuration difference. Above research results are applied in various provincial power supply branch and local power supply branch to guide construction of distribution network operation, maintenance management and control. It provides a reference for application design of distribution big data.
