云南边境地区公安边防部门打击毒品犯罪的困境及对策研究

A Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Fighting Against Drug Crime by Public Security Frontier Defense Department in Yunnan Border Areas

云南省靠近世界著名毒源地"金三角"地区,是中国禁毒的最前沿,也是毒品受灾大省。近年来,随着缅北地区传统罂粟种植面积逐年上升,新型合成苯丙胺类毒品来势凶猛,云南禁毒形势异常严峻。公安边防部队作为云南边境地区禁毒的一支生力军,虽然在禁毒战线上取得了可喜的成绩,但由于受到各种因素的制约,在打击毒品犯罪中依然存在着诸多困境,为了有效遏制毒品对我国的渗透,寻求相关途径解决这些困境显得异常重要。

Being near to the world famous drug source of ＂ Golden Triangle＂,Yunnan is a province seriously affected by drugs as well as China＇s anti-drug battlefront.In recent years,with the increasing poppy planting area and the ferociously oncoming new synthetic amphetamine drugs,the anti-drug situation in Yunnan province is extremely severe.As a vital force against drugs in the border areas of Yunnan,public security border defense forces have achieved gratifying achievements,but due to many restrictive factors,there still exists dilemma in the fight against drugs.In order to effectively control and prevent drugs＇ penetration into China,it appears to be extremely serious to find way out of such dilemma.
