公安院校大学生学习动机的现状与提升策略实证研究

摘要 通过对228名公安院校在读大学生进行调查统计分析,结果表明:公安院校大学生学习动机的水平处于中等偏上的水平,公安院校大学生学习动机的性别、专业、专业选择和就业前景感差异不显著,学习动机的部分维度在年级、籍贯和学习成绩上存在一定的差异。基于上述研究有针对性地提出了提升公安院校大学生学习动机的策略,希望相关研究结果能对公安教育工作者以有益的启发和思考。 228 police college students were investigated by college students' learning motivation scale.The research shows that the college students' learning motivation was at medium above level;the police college students' learning motivation had no significant difference among sex,major and professional choice;the police college students' specialty identity had some significant difference among grade,origin and academic performance.Promotion strategies are proposed for improving the learning motivation of police college students,and the relevant research results can provide useful inspiration and thinking to the police college education workers.
