摘要
本文通过对方形锂离子电池卷绕电芯工艺的分析和研究,提出了基于数字信号控制器(DSC)的嵌入式控制系统控制方案。该方案主要由硬件设计、软件设计和张力控制算法设计三大部分组成。硬件设计充分考虑了系统的性能要求、可扩展性要求以及抗干扰能力。软件设计方面,设计了美观且实用的人机交互界面并设计了步进电机运动控制的实现方法,达到了较为理想的控制效果。
After analyzing the production engineering of lithium-ion battery, a control scheme based on digital signal controller(DSC) is proposed. This scheme consists of the hardware design, the software design and the tension control design. The hardware design fully considers the demand of the system, the expansibility and the capacity of resisting disturbance. About the software design of the system, a beautiful and practical man-machine interface and the realization method of motion control of stepping motor are designed. The experiment result shows that the performance of this system is really significant.
