摘要
混凝土路面在进行改造过程中,由于碎石化技术性能优良、施工周期短、节能环保,在施工中应用极为广泛。现今,在进行混凝土路面改造中,采用碎石化技术已成为重要的发展趋势。主要以ABAQUS为手段,此种软件在有限元构建中应用广泛,并首次采用重锤的自身重力作用,通过一定高度的下落产生一定的速度,对混凝土板撞击。并结合ABAQUS软件手段,进行MHB碎石化之后沥青加铺层的有限元模型构建,并以此为前提,对移动荷载量进行计算,并基于计算后的移动荷载,对基于碎石化层下的模量突变作用于加铺结构的情况。最后以此为基础,提高相应的改进措施,从而促进水泥混凝土路面改造技术的提高。
In the transformation of concrete pavement,gravel technology as a excellent performance of transformation technology,has a short construction period,energy-saving and environmental protection advantages,which is widely used. Today,gravel technology has become an important gravel directions on cement concrete pavement. In this paper,the use of large-scale finite element software ABAQUS,bulids finite element model. And for the first time simulate hammer action under its own gravity through a certain speed,to crack concrete slab. While taking advantage of ABAQUS,build a three-dimensional finite element model of gravel asphalt overlay and analyze mobile loads gravel layer modulus of mutations on the overlay structure. On this basis,increase corresponding improvement measures to promote the development of the cement concrete pavement gravel of technology.
