摘要
采用改进的无电极电阻率测定仪对普通混凝土、掺矿物掺合料混凝土的早期电阻率特性进行了试验研究,探讨了水泥用量、水灰比、矿物掺合料种类及掺量对新拌混凝土电阻率的变化规律。研究表明:新拌混凝土的电阻率对水灰比,水泥用量的变化较为敏感;新拌混凝土电阻率的变化规律与水泥用量、水灰比有良好的相关性。新拌混凝土的电阻率测试与和易性能综合评价有机结合,可更有效的控制新拌混凝土质量,也为我国相应规范的修订积累了技术资料。
Study on the variation of fresh concrete resistivity with the aid of improved electrodeless cement concrete resistivity meter,to discuss the impact of different cement content,water-cement ratio,mineral admixture content conditions on the law of development of fresh concrete resistivity. The studies show that: The resistivity of fresh concrete is sensitive to the water cement ratio and cement content. There is a good correlation between the law fresh concrete resistivity and water-cement ratio. It will be more effective to control the quality of the fresh concrete by combine concrete workability with the concrete resistivity method,and it also accumulated technical information for the revised of corresponding specification.
