摘要
为提高沥青路面废旧材料的利用率,对某高速公路铣刨的沥青混合料进行取样,按不同的掺量采用热拌再生沥青、温拌再生2种方法配置不同的沥青混合料。成型试件后利用MTS材料试验机对抗压、抗拉以及参照美国AASHTO TP—8标准使用4点弯曲疲劳寿命测试系统对再生沥青混合料的抗疲劳性试验进行研究。同时对再生沥青混合料高温、低温稳定性进行测试。得出通过添加温拌剂和再生剂改性复合改性后能改善混合料的高温、低温、抗疲劳性能以及提高抗压和抗拉的力学性能。
Summary: In order to improve the utilization of waste materials bituminous pavement on a highway milling asphalt mixture was sampled at different dosage hot mix recycled asphalt,warm mix renewable two ways to configure different asphalt mixture. After forming the specimen material testing machine for use MTS compressive,tensile,and to the American AASHTO TP —8 standard four-point bending fatigue life testing system of recycled asphalt mixture fatigue test were studied. While the recycled asphalt mixture temperature,low temperature stability test. Obtained by the addition of warm mix agent and regenerated catalyst modified composite modified to improve the mix of high temperature,low temperature,fatigue resistance and improve the mechanical properties of the compressive and tensile strength.
