浅论广西毛南族分龙节的保护现状及对策

On the Conservational Status and the Strategies of the Fenlong Festival of Maonan People in Guangxi

分龙节是广西毛南族最重要、最隆重的传统节日之一,是毛南族传统文化遗产之集大成者。目前,分龙节的保护面临立法保护滞后、管理机制不完善,传承人断层,保护资金投入和宣传力度不足,旅游开发对分龙节的扭曲等突出问题。因此亟需加强地方立法,规范分龙节的保护与旅游开发;多方筹措资金,完善配套政策,加强传承人的保护与培养;加强毛南族非物质文化遗产的研究和遗产保护的全民宣传、教育,规划建设分龙节博物馆。

The Fenlong festival is one of the most important and grandest festivals in Maonan,Guangxi and it epitomizes the traditional cultural heritage of Maonan. At present,the conservation of it has been faced with some problems,such as： its legislative protection is left behind; it＇s without imperfect management mechanism; it is lack of the inheritors; capital investment and the publicity are insufficient; it is distorted during tourism development. According to the problems,some strategies are put forward,such as to strengthen local legislation,to regulate the reservation of Fenlong festival and tourism development,to raise capital in many ways,to improve relevant policies,to promote the protection and development of the inheritors,to enhance the publicity and education of the research and conservation on intangible cultural heritage of Maonan,to plan to construct the museum of Fenlong festival and so on.
