摘要
对广西环江县等少数民族地区332名农村小学语文教师的调查发现,教师教育阅读时间少、阅读积累少、阅读方法单一、阅读习惯没有养成。影响教育阅读的主要因素是农村小学语文教师工作任务重,图书资源匮乏。可通过小学语文优秀教师案例引领、定期开展学校读书会、反思性教学、激励评价机制等途径推进教师的教育阅读,实现农村小学语文教师专业的自主发展。
Based on the survey of 332 rural primary schools' Chinese teachers at Huanjiang County,Hechi minority areas in Guangxi,it is found that these teachers have little education reading time,little accumulation of reading time,single reading method,and haven't formed any reading habit. The survey also indicates that the main factors that affect the teachers' educational reading are their heavy work load and lack of library resources.Based on the survey the authors offer the proposal to promote the teachers' educational reading and realize the rural primary school teachers' professional independent development through good primary Chinese teacher cases' learning,regular study circles in school,reflective teaching,and incentive evaluation.
