摘要 为培养创新、信息灵通、反思性品质的高素质中小学教师,美国特洛伊大学教师教育专业加大实践课程设置比重,凸显实践课程管理制度化、规范化;教育见习重视内容要求和评价标准,注重入职训练、分段实习、统一团队管理等,这些做法对我国教师教育实践课程改革有重要的启示作用。 Based on the Teacher Education Curriculum in Alabama,USA,Troy University focuses on the field experiences in the teacher education program. There are very strict standards and requirements for the implement and managements,from which we could get a lot of implications for the teacher education courses reform in China.
