This paper, taking the author＇s school, Trade Vocational ＆ Technical School of Guangdong Province, as an example, which realizes the entity construction of business and finance specialties through the establishment of teaching company. From three aspects of background analysis, operating mechanism and improvements, it expounds the basis of the construction of teaching company and the measures and experience in practical process, as a reference for other secondary vocational schools to implement similar projects.
