学前教育新理念下的幼儿园特色班级创建的研究

Research on the Creation of Characteristic Class of Kindergarten under the New Concept of Pre-school Education

特色班级的建设是一种新型的班级管理模式,是当前教育研究的新课题,《幼儿园教育指导纲要》强调:"关注个别差异,促进每个幼儿富有个性的发展。"以建设班级文化为核心,创建富有个性特色的班级,对于营造良好的学习环境,促进幼儿的个性全面发展具有极其重要的作用。本文在采用行动研究法与五所幼儿园合作研究的基础上,提出了幼儿园特色班级创建的价值和实施途径。

Kindergarten Characteristic Classes Creation is a kind of new mode of class management, which is the new issue of education research nowadays. As emphasized in Essentials of Education Guidance in Kindergarten, kindergarten education should pay close attention to children＇s individual difference in order to promote their personality development. The creation of characteristic classes centered on the construction of class culture would play an important part in creating a good learning environment and promoting children＇s personality development in an all-around way. The article puts forward the value and implementation route of kindergarten characteristic classes creation, based on the cooperative exploration with five kindergartens employing action research method.
