聚四氟乙烯软管烧结变相过程仿真研究

摘要 对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)管材的烧结过程进行了分析,首先对管体进入烧结炉后的温度、气流速度进行了仿真,再利用确定的温度场进行了管体本身温度变化、熔融结晶的分析。其中利用了通用有限元软件的二次开发接口,对复杂的材料变相特性进行了准确的描述。还结合试验确定了管体烧结程度的变化趋势与仿真反映的结果一致。 A study has been carried to analyze the sintering process of polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) tube. A transient fluid finite element analysis has been used first in order to attain the temperature and fluid velocity distribution in the sintering furnace. Another thermal analysis is performed to simulate the behavior of PTFE tube heated in the furnace by means of ABAQUS subroutine program. It is shown that experimental results can be explained well with the model.
